All quotations provided are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon written approval and advance payment as per the agreed terms. Shri Kriators reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Lead times are indicative and may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, and client approval timelines. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as logistics issues, customs, or natural disruptions) are beyond our control, though we will communicate proactively in such cases.
Payment schedules and modes are agreed upon prior to production commencement. All payments are to be made as per the agreed quotation and invoice terms. Ownership of the goods remains with Shri Kriators until full payment is received.
Every product is handcrafted and undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of custom jewelry manufacturing, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production begins. In case of any manufacturing defect or mismatch with approved specifications, corrective action will be taken after mutual review.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients and partners. All shared information, including design concepts, pricing, and project details, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
